Is the home private?
Yes. This is a private, non-shared townhouse. Two locked storage rooms on the main floor are excluded from guest access.
Can I request a longer stay?
Yes. Work trips, temporary accommodation and relocation stays can be requested for individual review. Rates, availability, occupancy rules and agreement terms are confirmed before acceptance.
What happens after I inquire?
Your request is saved and given a reference. Management reviews availability and prepares an estimate. Final supplier details, taxes and agreement terms must be approved before payment instructions and confirmation. Sending an inquiry does not hold dates.
What about check-in and house rules?
Checkout is 10 a.m. No smoking inside or in front of the property. Check-in timing, guest capacity and sleeping arrangements are confirmed before booking.
Will I pay a damage deposit?
Any permitted refundable amount is reviewed with your agreement. A planned $300 short-stay deposit is not automatically applied to extended stays or added to the planner total.
How do I recover my inquiry?
Save the private tracking link and download your summary after submitting. For personal details, sign in with the same email or use verified-email recovery when available. If email delivery is unavailable, your reference and tracking link remain the fallback.
